Quality assurance and after-sales service

During the warranty period, if there are any quality problems with the equipment, our company will provide free maintenance services, including replacing faulty parts, on-site repairs (within China), etc. If the equipment cannot be used normally due to quality issues, our company will be responsible for replacing it with a brand new one.

After sales service

If customers encounter any problems during the use of the equipment, they can call our after-sales service hotline at any time. Our company will respond and provide solutions within 24 hours. For service requests that require on-site repairs (within China), our company will arrange technical personnel to go to the customer's site for repairs within 48 hours. At the same time, our company will conduct regular follow-up visits to customers to understand the usage of equipment, collect customer opinions and suggestions, and continuously improve the quality of products and services.
